I left these film images out of order for a reason. this wedding day was chaotic… in the most beautiful way. lily and scott reign from new york city, but have family roots here in richmond. their decision to get married at country club virginia was fitting for the class and overall fashionista vibe they and their guests exhibited. we started the wedding morning with lots and lots of rain… and then a thunderstorm. that didn’t stop. so everything for the ceremony was sadly moved indoors. but it didn’t dampen (ha get it) anything about their insanely perfect day. we got a killer sunset and blue hour from it all when the storms were said and done, which added so much to the cocktail hour photographs (and that was when folks could finally go outside, too). anyway, i hope you enjoy glancing over my favorite film images from this fun ass day. all of these photographs were taken on 35mm film; obviously a mix of color stocks and black and white stocks.
